A story about four friends who have just started a new life at their dream institute of higher education. Their love and laughter faded when a tragic event happened to the four of them. The event also changed their lives who used to laugh and now cry. A tragic accident surrounds their thoughts and give a very terrible blow. There is no way to return the situation to the way it was before.
Meanwhile, who is Ivy's doctor?
She is a doctor who owns a limited hospital alone and has extraordinary wealth. She also has a mysterious yet suspicious identity.
