Adalyn Charles and the Philosopher's Stone

Slowly turning the smooth thin yellowy-tinted envelope, hands trembling, I saw a dark purple wax seal bearing a coat of arms; a lion, an eagle, a badger, and a snake surrounding a large letter 'H'.

I've never heard of Hogwarts before in my life. But one day a tall, severe-looking, dark hair tied up in a bun woman appeared on our doorstep. This strange-looking woman was wearing emerald-green cloaks, she handed over an odd-looking yellowish parchment, tainted in green ink. Reading the cursive writing, I find my name and address written on the front. This woman intrudes into our home, claims I'm a witch, and that I need to go to this Wizarding School. This alleged school is called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Could this be the start of an adventure of the century?
