Silver Tongue lies. She is a lie herself. She joins gangs to sell drugs for money and she lives alone aside from her dog Bruce. She attends Stanmore High even though she bursts through the charts of intelligence and marvels at her crown at school.

But then the new quarter back on the school football team named Nathan Davis walks into her life like he owns the place. He's confident, drop dead gorgeous, friendly and popular and Silver Tongue despises him for it.

She has a secret but so does he and they become hooked.
