Block B is the home to hundreds of low life's in an over crowded city. Running the block used to be the notorious Zico, who's trouble with the law has him slightly on edge. It's up to his right hand man P.O. and rookie Kyung to sell their boss's goods and get the business up and running again with a little help from two unlikely allies.
