wine and strawberries

she has almost no memory her childhood. she always thought it was weird she didn't remeber much. but it's all coming back, and it isn't at all what she expected it would be.
why is it coming back now, that she has a stable life, in college?
what happened to her grandfather?
and why doesn't she remeber it?
