PROLOGUE

       Persie is a strong willed, determined, independent woman who has managed to sustain her marriage for three years.

     Unfortunately, her marriage is threatened by the return of her husband's ex who also happens to be her best friend. Her husband, Andy hides this truth from Persie not wanting to hurt her but still feels some attraction towards his ex.

          Unknown to the three, the adopted child of Persie and Andy belongs to her best friend out of the relationship she had with Andy in the past. Her best friend faking not to have feelings for Andy has an hidden agenda to take her ex back.

      Will Persie be able to balance all scores between her friendship with her best friend and her marriage without her decision hurting either side?
