luz and the rest hexsquad were watching new york news when all of a sudden a breaking news comes on about black figures with glowing blue "dots" on it's body while the hexsquad is getting ready to go and stop him another team of teenagers saw the news and thought it's one of the kraang's new mutants or shredders newest hunch man.
This takes place after April left the team but takes a few days after the hexsquad got to the human world. And yes vee and camlia will join them. I don't own owl house or tmnt

Victoria and Caterina are two regular Mutants, Vee being a half mutant and Cat a fully mutant that live their pretty normal lives as two bloggers.
