Monica is a normal High school student, blending in perfectly with the rest. She has good relations with almost everyone, but when she finds out her best friend (a guy) starts to like her she immediately friend zoned him. Because never in her right mind had it occurred to her that she could date her best friend, I mean how 'awkward' would that be. But it turns out being more awkward without him. Problem is, he does and says things that hurt her, and Monica learns not to trust anyone. But will she end up giving a third or maybe even a forth chance, after everything he's done? In the process will they realise whom they really are, is Monica still the good, catholic girl, that studies in her spare time & is Joseph still the mean, rugby jerk he turned into after falling for her, or will he go back to being prince charming, or even better, are we yet to find out who Joseph really is? The thing is, I don't even know... This isn't like other romance novels - or a romance novel if you can even call it that. In fact its my love life written on paper, well I wouldn't exactly say I have a love life. Unless you count crushes and drama that is. *I try and update every second day, but if I am unable to do so, I will at least upload two parts a week* **and please leave comments so I can improve the story where necessary**

Trigger warning for the following: -mature content -some strong language -fighting -mentions of abuse Everything was cool. It was fine and normal until, a new family moves I'm next door. The beautiful family seemed normal enough, but something was off. Their son didn't fit into the rest of them. He was mysterious and seemed a little bit standoffish. He seemed rude and like he didn't belong. Meeting him went well, and she catches his eye. Going to school together and their families spending some time together causes them to grow closer. So close that things happen. What happens? Do sparks fly?
