However, Shuichi is battling an unknown and mysterious illness that makes his life difficult. His best friend Kokichi is always by his side, taking care of him and providing emotional support.

Despite their close bond, there are still some obstacles and challenges that Shuichi and Kokichi must face together, especially when it comes to their families. But, they always try to find a way to live peacefully and help each other out. Unfortunately, there is someone who is determined to disrupt their peace and freedom, and this creates numerous problems for them. Nevertheless, Shuichi and Kokichi stand strong together and face every obstacle head-on.
