A broke millennial who gets hooked up by elite and secretive Mackerel Foundation For Meaningless Redundancy with a temporary gig observing these 5 people in and around Skid Row. He's outfitted with futuristic surveillance equipment which makes him invisible, and allows intimate access into his subject's day to day lives. The gig will conclude with him writing a blog detailing his observations, with the understanding that this document will be destroyed as soon as he publishes it, and never read by another person. It's not his story. Who's story is it? If a story is written intending not to be read, is it even a story?
