The Bad Guys have been on a roll. They have just gotten word that a group of thieves were stealing from other thieves. They get help from Officer Carmelita Fox, as the thieves are people she has been after for a while now. She even brought her nine year old son, Ethan with her, who Julie befriends.  As it turns out, Sly Cooper and his gang are the thieves in question, who it turns out that Wolf has a small rivalry with. However, things take something of a turn when it's discovered that there may be a connection between Sly and Ethen, and someone else seems to have their eye on Sly and Ethan...

(Sidenote, in this story, the events Sly 4 didn't happen. So Sly isn't lost in time and Penelope is still with the group.)
