" I am not something to be bargained and bought. I do not promise or swear myself to you. Betrothed or not I am my own"
"And yet again something you don't understand, we are pledged in blood."
The scent of war is in the air, that is known to all, high-born and low. Alicent cannot undo what was done, she can't take back the treason she committed that night on Driftmark. But, in the king's words, she can make an alliance to heal all wounds.

||Complete|| Vaelyra Velaryon was never meant to exist. The second daughter of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen, she was born with memories of another life - a life where she had seen on a TV Show some of the brutal war known as the Dance of the Dragons. Knowing the fate of Westeros, Vaelyra refuses to be a mere spectator in history. With her wit, ambition, and the advantage of foresight, she devises a daring plan: to claim the Iron Throne for herself. Her greatest ally? Aemond Targaryen, the second son of Viserys Targaryen and Alicent Hightower. A boy once mocked for not having a dragon, Aemond's destiny changed the night he claimed Vhagar, the mightiest living dragon in the realm. With Vaelyra whispering in his ear, shaping his ambitions, he becomes more than just the Greens' deadliest weapon-he becomes a king in the making. Together, they forge an alliance that will shake Westeros to its core. But as the Blacks and the Greens wage war, as betrayals and bloodshed mount, one question remains: can they outplay fate itself and seize the Iron Throne? Or will history find a way to right itself, no matter how much they fight against it? The game of dragons has begun. And this time, the board is changed.Complete![HEIRS OF FIRE & BLOOD || Geralt Rivia Targaryen [Book 2]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/371081581-256-k232062.jpg)

No one will steal the throne that is rightfully mine!" ~ Elijah Targaryen "A king may wear the crown, but it is the love of his family that truly holds the realm together, and the loss of it that tears him apart. And yet... if I close my eyes, perhaps the realm will quiet itself. The Gods We Can Touch |Aemond Targaryen x Niece!Reader|
The older twin of Prince Jacaerys Velaryon, you were a picture of the maiden, untouched and untainted by man's sins. At least, that was what Alicent Hightower believed when she held you in her arms moments after her old friend's labors. You were her shining light, her dream. Though you were never hers, she believed you were meant to be. What will become of you as time passes and the Queen's shining light grows within the blackened darkness? Will her eldest son's morbid fascination with the light burn the realm? Or will her second son's obsession with the only daughter of Rhaenyra Targaryen change the course of the Seven Kingdoms as we know it? "I have outlasted all desire, My dreams and I have grown apart; My grief alone is left entire, The gleamings of an empty heart. The storms of ruthless dispensation Have struck my flowery garland numb, I live in lonely desolation And wonder when my end will come." ☆☆☆☆ All House of the Dragon/A Song of Ice and Fire warnings apply, but I will put specific ones with each chapter. However, there will be depictions of childhood sexual assault and the trauma response/coping mechanisms that can stem from it. You've been warned. The reader does have a name and the typical Targaryen/Strong features, but other than that, the descriptions are vague.
