Allyira Rose Ann Kross has a seemingly perfect life, she is gorgeous, vivacious, and makes astonishing grades. Her father works as a successful head surgeon at his own private practice while her mother is a typical stay-at-home mom. However, her seemingly perfect life is all an illusion. Her mother is an alcoholic who refuses to get help, her father is never home. Her brother is constantly in trouble with the law and her little sister is pregnant by some local rapper. And Allyira is the middle child who her mother constantly targets and picks at. With her brother constantly in and out of jail and her sister, doing her own thing Allyira always feels out of the loop. Upon feeling as though, she has no one to talk to Allyira resorts to extreme measures to escape from the life that no one knows about.
