As the War rages on between Dragonkind and the D.H.G., the Dragon Hunters Guild, the world slowly but surely closes on its own destruction.

However, there is one hope that is left for Earth that could end the war once and for all: The H.D.U., the Human-Dragon Union. An alliance between former slaves and those disillusioned with the War.

One of its key members, Brian, struggles to find solace in a darkening world, living as a loner due to things within himself he has no choice in.

However, on a seemingly simple mission, he encounters someone that could not only bring his personality and happiness into the light, but also help him find his inner and unknown strength he never thought he had.

This is his story.

(Author: This story and others have been living rent-free in my head for a while. My own dark take on the "war, but with dragons" concept, this is one story within an anthology. All will contain a variety of genres. This story has gore, swearing, deaths, and strong references to sex. This and the other stories in the anthology will not be for the faint of heart.)
