Ayanokōji Kiyotaka, a child born within the sterile walls of the White Room, had faced many hardships. At an early age, he had no shortage of enemies who wanted to suppress him. The 'fellow' fourth generation subjects who were wary of his growth and White Room instructors who were particularly harsh on him. Starting in class C: not completely defective.
Pretty much what it says in the title. The school decided Ayanokouji wasn't judged as defective enough to be put in class D, so the school decided he should be put in class C. Of course we know that Ayanokouji is a god and for the purposes of this fic I've decided to make his attitude more like Ryuuen's and the rest of class C. I couldn't decide which student to throw out of class C and put in class D, so I just decided to overlook the fact that class C has more students.
