Izuku Yagi is the son of the World's No. 1 Hero All Might & the Retired Heroine Inko Yagi. Izuku have a twin sister name Alisa Yagi but the differences between the two of them is that Izuku is not a spoiled brat and he was always follows the rules like a soldier made to fight while his twin sister is the complete opposite of him. Izuku is also have a secret that no one knows not even his own friends knows about it. A Divine spirit is inside him that gives him a power to punished and hunt down all of the Evil Humans around the world. But on that day, when they are done checking on their quirk they begin to neglect him and only care for his spoiled twin sister until he had enough and left his home at night then never came back

No one can escape from him once he had begun to hunted down his target he won't stop until he delivers his own Judgement upon the person he's targeting at. A Hero or even a Villain can't stop him for hunting them all down for all the mistakes they do in their lives forever
