The World of Heroes is rising, but not in a good way. 

Izuku, used to be Yagi, saw that when he saw his parents were neglecting him, and overtraining his younger sister, who was 3 years younger than him.  

She was the sibling with a Quirk, and was happy that Izuku didn't want to be a hero anymore, but a racer, and wanted to open a garage for himself to collect cars. 

But what would happen when he runs away from the house, and left to fend for himself, only to find this was the first step in a life of cars that he's always wanted?

What if going to Los Angeles in the United States was the best way for him, and finding a new family?
