My Villain Academia (Dabibaku)

There was once this island that used to be a wasteland, where all the surrounding islands, countries, and states used to drop they're trash in. Until a villain who was disgusted as a hero bought the property and created a private island. He told the public and anyone who asked that it was for his family, But really it was to launch his evil plan. AFO the one who bought the property created four schools, then created 16 towns. He bought himself a nice home and called himself the president of the island. It didn't take long for Villains all over the world who wanted to settle down and give their children a great future, to come. Once children started to be made and schools started to go into session, it didn't take long for the heroes to expose the traitor. The hero set an attack and when the attack was over AFO was arrested. But that didn't stop the island from carrying AFO's legacy.
