Deri is an overworked, weary and pessimistic man working as an accountant at a marketing agency specialized in magic users. Despite his time being mostly relagated to work and some to his family, Deri is content with how things are. One day though by pure coincidence, he stumbles upon an eccentric black cat calling himself Vesdraity claiming to be a magic mascot. As surprise to both of them, Deri is able to use magic.
