In a bustling city where nothing seems to slow down, 25-year-old Avery struggles each day to provide for herself through her unsuccessful music teaching business. Her life is abruptly shifted when she inherits something unexpected from her late grandfather. A quaint bookshop tucked away in the small, unassuming town of Willowbrook. Deciding to take a chance on this opportunity, Avery decides to put a pause on her musical dreams and try her luck running her grandfather's bookshop.

As Avery adjusts to her inheritance and way of life, she can't help but notice how the shelves seem to whisper secrets and how the air of the bookshop crackles with an inexplicable energy when you first walk in.

As Avery comes to realize she inherited more than a dusty old bookshop, she discovers there's more to the town of Willowbrook than what's shown on Google Maps.

There cannot possibly be witches in the real world ... Arah finds she must flee after she is suddenly accused of being a witch. The girl does not yet know that the exorcist's allegations really are true. Only when Arah encounters real magic does she understands more and more who she really is. A journey full of suspense and danger awaits the girl, during which she not only finally finds out who her parents are, but also discovers love for the first time.
