I'm writing Mipha through my experiences with being on the spectrum, so I apologize if it doesn't match to others.
Mipha Whisper's is Raine's daughter, she doesn't know who her mother is. Mipha is a little different than the other scouts, she's on the spectrum. She does things different than the other's, and a lot of scouts avoid the 16 year old because they think she's weird.
But then there's the Golden Guard, he finds her facinating. Why?
He's not really sure.
