Layla doesn't know who she is or where she came from, but she knows she's different. She is half human, half avian. She tries to blend in with society, hiding her wings and trying to live a normal life. The only clue that may lead her to her past is a strange birthmark on her arm that sometimes glows faintly. An elite group of hunters is constantly on her trail, and she is always fearing for her life. Is she the only one of her kind? Can an unlikely spark of love give her courage?All Rights Reserved

This is the story that follows a Leafwing named Aspen as he faces the consequences and struggles that come when he gets mixed up in something he never asked for. This story was less of a 'do it as good as you can' kind of story and more of a story I wrote so I could have something that was finished, as I've struggled in finishing stories in the past, so if there's some error, sorry!
