The enemy of my enemy is my friend -- or at least that's how it's supposed to go.

Akemi, the heir to the Akai clan, a once powerful and honorable clan that is now in ruins. One of the few that survived the massacre, she lives a common life in the shadows. Until one day, her life takes a turn with the appearance of a certain silver-haired shinobi, Kakashi Hatake. 

The two met in what may be the worst circumstances, yet they form an alliance to beat a common, villainous foe. To Akemi, the despicable man was the one who caused her childhood tragedy, and to Kakashi, he was the one who betrayed his village.

Both bond and grow close in their travels, smiling and suffering together. After all the enemy of my enemy...
