George se na mě ze své výšky zaujatě podívá a vyzývavě zvedne obočí, jako kdyby mi chtěl naznačit, že jestli ho chci, budu pro to muset udělat víc. Natlačím ho proto na zeď a než si to stihnu rozmyslet, vrhnu se na jeho rty. Tím ho asi trošku vyvedu z rovnováhy, protože nejdřív jen překvapením zalapá po dechu a stojí strnulý na místě. Po dvou vteřinách mi ale zasténá v odpověď do úst a rozevře rty, abych k němu měla lepší přístup. Vkloznu mu rukama do rozcuchaných vlasů a sevřu je v pěst, až ze sebe znovu vydá ten zatraceně přitažlivý chraplavý zvuk. *** Nikdy jsem na ty kecy o lásce na první pohled, načasování nebo snad osudu nevěřil. Když ale uvidím kudrnatou holku, která stojí s rozcuchaným drdolem naproti přes ulici, zatají se mi dech. Je to jako kdyby se čas zpomalil a já přestal vnímat svět kolem sebe. Moje srdce začne bít rychleji. Zajímavé je, že mi k tomu stačí pouze úsměv, který se na pár vteřin mihne přes její tvář, než zmizí v budově za sebou. A i když to zní šíleně, je mi jasné, že se s ní musím za každou cenu seznámit.
