The person who this story revolves around, Hikari Kizaru, has the powers of Pika Pika no mi and the Yami Yami no mi from One Piece.

Izuku was always a strange one, his quirk mostly wasn't even a quirk, the only reasons it was counted as a quirk was is gave him strength, speed, mobility, and endurance. He could destroy a city with a single swing of his bat if pumped up enough, he could move faster than the eye could see, he could dodge attacks midair, and he could tank almost any attack easily. He learned how to utilize his quirk effectively, gaining a metal bat to help him in his quest to help all who need it. He currently worked for The Hero Association, and was going to go to U.A to eventually become part of The Hero Commission so he could become the number 1 hero. One question he kept asking himself though, why did The Hero Association ask him to be a bodyguard of some rich girl? In this timeline, Izuku Midoriya was born with the Gum Gum quirk, which allows him to stretch and blow up his body at will. In the beginning, he thinks it's useless until he reads a manga called Two Piece. When he read it, he realised that the main character had a similar power to him and then drew inspiration from it. Unfortunately, the mangaka had to put the book on hold due to it not selling but little did he know, he gave the future number one hero inspiration.
