Modern high-school/ coffee shop AU
Zuko has always been known for being grumpy to everyone, no one knows why he acts like this though, and he never seems to hang out with anyone, so it can't be his friend group influencing his anger. Everyone is secretly curious about why the raven-haired boy is always so angry.
However, the Gaang especially wants to know, since they are often at the receiving end of his anger.
But.. now Zuko is suddenly not lashing out, he's been quiet and keeping to himself. This just makes everyone even more confused.

Modern au, no bending au, high school au Sokka and Azula have never been friends. Quite the opposite actually. Azula's always found him annoying and insufferable Sokka's always found her rude and entitled What will happen when they find themselves in the same class during their last year of high school? Sokka is a sweet himbo Azula has many issues with her mom and honestly Ozai is scary but pretty sweet. Some chapters will be focused on her issues. It may take some time for him to realize it, but Zuko enlists Sokka to help with another redemption arc for the Fire Nation. Working together, learning together, loving toge- who said anything about that?! Wait, are there feeling here? Feelings can't get in the way of the mission...world peace is at stake!
