Born in December 1999 in Houston, TX; and found abandoned in a trash can, Dustin Coleman, grows up to adopt ill habits, from committing petty thefts to engaging in grand larceny.
Some time later, Dustin is arrested in May 2011, by the ruthless Houston Police senior officer Jake Lewis, for trying to steal from a freight train with his childhood friend, Mitchell Jones, who manages to escape; and sentenced to serve in a juvenile home. However, he quickly escapes the juvenile home and is taken in custody by H-town based drug lord, Eddy Mills, where over the next eleven years, he also becomes a well-known criminal, taking on the tasks of selling drugs, as well as hacking smart devices, with the rise of the IoT.
One day in 2022, the Houston Police Department raid an illegal drug trade and the now promoted Lt. Jake Lewis shoots Mills, and arrests Dustin again. Dustin is then granted leniency from court, for becoming a state witness and exposing underground criminal activities and given four years of rigorous imprisonment. After his release in May 2026, he meets Mitchell again, who now is running a training program for the youth, to prevent them from taking criminal paths.
Dustin agrees to help, and also falls in love with his former friend, Katy. But quickly goes back to his old ways.
