16 year of Cecilia Pond lives in LA, California. She is sort of known as the popular girl in high school, but she doesn't let that turn her into a snob with the help of her best friend, Matt. They have known each other since the were babies and have been best friends all there lives. They have thought of each other as siblings and protect each other like siblings. Cecilia never thought she would fall for him, yet she did. She starts to have feelings for him and they get stronger everyday. She's scared to tell him because she doesn't think he feels the same way. Little does she know he does.
