Amelia Williams is a 17 year old girl, and newly introduced into the world of courting. After the loss of her mother, she is clueless as to how to maneuver through this shift in society. The only thing she knows for sure, is that most men are intolerable. In her short experience of being around men, mainly her father, she views them as distant, unfeeling, and cold. If they're not, they most likely have ill intentions. She is arranged to be introduced to the hot commodity of the town, Levi Greene. He seems to be just like the rest of them, only more arrogant. She finds him insufferable and shallow, and most of all- mysterious. Throughout their time spent together, something shifts. There seems to be an actual person underneath his hard, cold façade. She's terrified of falling for him. Is there something deeper to Levi Greene? Will Amelia get her heart broken while trying to find love?

This book needs editing, the first chapters aren't very good, but the story gets better as you read on! There was only one thing that Amelia White needed to do. Be invisible and never draw the attention of five boys. She has been avoiding them ever since she knew who they were, and she's not planning to be part of the game those boys play. At least, that was the plan until her feet changed it for her. Bumping into Caine Williams is not exactly the way you stay unnoticeable for those boys. She detests an emotionless, narcissistic, and selfish asshole. He's the most attractive boy she's ever seen, but he has a terrible personality. Everything just seems like a joke to him. Hopefully, this journey of heated conversations and stupid fights turns out to be positive, and there's no need for any more hearts to shatter. Nevertheless, bad boys are unpredictable and dangerous, and there will be no insurance for broken hearts and unfixable relationships. But there's no need for insurance if the hate Amelia feels towards him is stronger than the tiny piece of possible love she feels in her heart, right? Caine will definitely regret opening the chase on her when he finds out it's not worth it. At least, that was what Amelia thought. Bumping into Caine Williams was certainly not the plan. That's the only thing that's for sure. Amelia knows that she can say goodbye to the plan of staying invisible, thanks to her clumsiness, and she'll have to say hello to his world with trouble and problems.
