This is the Saga of the Divine Beings of Other Premise.
They were the forgotten ancient tribes who weren't able to make it to the rescue missions during the Exodus that ascended most of their kind from the confines of Earth's mysterious properties when their fellow Anunnaki descended to Earth just for that reason. Unfortunately, the rescue efforts ended up becoming disastrous due to the destruction of some of their communication centers--like Atlantis.
However, it still did not prevent these resilient Divine beings from surviving that unfortunate aftermath.
Present day--they have forged an alliance with some of the earthbound citizens to keep their identities safe, while at the same time, restoring the natural balance in order to prevent Earth's civilization from knowing of their existence.
They have been biding their time until the final incarnation...
And now it is that time.
