If you're a shifter, you're in for a treat. In each chapter I will be going over shifting methods. Eventually I will try each one and explain how successful I was with each one. For now I will just be going into the methods. 
    
    
    If you're unaware of what reality shifting is, I highly recommend you do your own research. However I will eventually dive into the gateway experience documents by the CIA. An easy explaNation is it is shifting your consciousness to another version of yourself in a different reality. Sounds crazy, I know.
