UnderTale Awakening - Two halves of a whole

Reak and Sky, two teens, one living in Europe while the other does in America, experience the pain of being "different", as they suddenly became their Undertale OCs, much like many other people. But, their OCs weren't gods, neither were they angels. Not demons, nor skeletons. They weren't particularly strong, in any sense.
Their OCs were two monsters unable to survive on their own. Unable to survive without being a whole.
What awaits on their journey? Will they meet, or perish trying?
The clock is ticking and their time has started melting.
