Massimo D'angelo was a murderer with Dissociative Identity Disorder disease that he blamed for being in that psychiatric hospital, no nurse approached him because of his 3 personalities which were a playful 12-year-old boy, a 20-year-old student and a 30 year old sadistic fetish man.
Annika knows that she has a duty as a psychiatrist, so she decides to help everyone, including D'angelo, that shy 25-year-old man who lives in fear of hurting more people.
Scared, Massimo decides to let himself be helped so he can go out and have a normal life, but he hides a secret from Annika, who knows that if he finds out, he could lose her.
Will Annika be able to forgive even though feelings for her patient arise? Will Massimo be able to tell him the truth before someone else tells him?
