Farafield is a small quiet town where word travels fast and whispers even faster. Perhaps the cold that remains in the town year-round provides a way for families to stay close and keep warm. Not for the Brookridge family. The family is divided when the horrid night occurs. Conner, the eldest brother, is spreading the Brookridge name in Spain on a business trip. Harrison, the next oldest, is finishing up a semester at Stanford University. Willow and Cassandra, the youngest twins of the bunch, are spending their last summer in Farafield, but that night they are busy at a party with none other than James Potter, Sirius Black, and Remus Lupin.
