Amity Blight is a young mermaid who is tired of her monotonous life in the ocean. She wishes to explore the world above and learn more about it, but said wishes go against the regimen she lives in. Until one day she is sent by the very Emperor Belos himself on a dangerous mission to annihilate the perpetrator of the merfolks suffering. But what happens when the very person your suppong to annihilate turns out to be the person you have waited to meet all your life? Will Luz's sweet personality save her from her grimful fate? Her first time going through it was hard, which was to be expected as she was only fourteen, but it wasn't completely unbearable. Her parents simply brought her to a room in the manor designed specifically for times like that and she stayed there for the week that it lasted. Fifteen came and went, and Amity had come to terms with the fact that this would be her routine for the foreseeable future. She was okay with that. ...Then the human came. Synopsis: Amity Blight's relationship with Luz Noceda takes a turn upon meeting a mysterious stranger who reveals that he knows about Amity's secret crush on Luz. Introduction: This was my VERY FIRST fanfiction! I wrote Two Queens, Two Hearts: A Lumity Story to deal with the hiatus after the first season of The Owl House ended. I initially intended to write the first two chapters only, but then I got a bunch of new ideas about how Lumity and the overall arc of TOH could develop. I picked up where the first season left off, and I wrote as much as possible. However, when the second season of TOH started airing, I thought it better to let Dana Terrace and the TOH team tell their story their way. I have also decided to write original stories and begin pursuing a career as a professional writer because of all the tremendous praise I got for writing this story, plus all the fun I had writing it! TQTH is mainly a romance story. Our young heroines will have to face a brief threat, but the narrative will primarily focus on Luz and Amity's relationship, so get ready for some sappy, sapphic stuff! I hope you enjoy it!
