After playing 2 years in college, you try your hand at the NBA only to fail. Although, you're given a new opportunity to start over your career as a player with unlimited potential.

Obviously, I don't own the National Basketball Association (NBA) or the idea of the gamer, also any real people affiliated with the NBA used in this story.

PLEASE READ FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORE YEAR FIRST! To get a rainbow, you must go through rainstorms, and they saw a multitude of precipitation. Just before the sun could come out, the dark clouds had to clear up first. Instead, they grew larger. Completely free from college and doing his own thing, Shai Carter was heading down a smooth road of comfortability. He had his AAU team up and running, and his players were elite. He was the manager at the YMCA and was helping his community every chance that he could. Family was long gone and he didn't have to deal with their drama. He had a stunning wife who he loved dearly and a baby on the way. Things seemed to be going wonderful, as he wanted, until it wasn't. He was supposed to be in San Francisco playing for the Warriors but he wasn't ready for the commitment. To make matters worse, his past was making a wrap around to throw him off course. He was at the point where nothing could get under his skin, but the rain was still unbearable. Even the bad storms that refused to stop. From birth, her life had been nothing other than rainbows and sunshines. She had her slight storm and the rain poured every now and then. But there were still some clouds lingering around through her day with droplets of rain. Entering her junior year of college, Dess had finally found the appropriate time to get her life on track. Healed from the passing of her father, her journey to new beginnings was on. She was working, had a wonderful and caring husband, and a baby. Everything was just as good as it was before even with the slight changes in precipitation every now and then. But would it stay that way? A lingering question sheshe to deal with while the thunderstorms and tornadoes came her way. And as for Shamar, his life has been sunny days and rainbows. He had everything he needed from millions in his pockets to half-naked girls in his home. Yet, he wanted one thing more than others; Shai. His happiness. His joy. And his life. 08/24-

This is it. He's going to die, and I'll be free. At the last second, he moved, and I was suddenly pinned up against the wall, the silver dagger now in his hand. He pressed the blade to my throat, a sadistic grin creeping across his face. "Oh, Reese," he purred. "Are you in trouble now..." He leaned closer, his lips brushing my jaw. I inhaled softly. "Please," I said, my voice shaky... *** In a world where the human population has been overrun by all manner of supernatural entities, defiance is met with death. Humans are forced to be living blood bags for vampires, test subjects for witches and warlocks, and the slaves and servants of werewolves. Reese Hearne remembers the time before. When supernatural beings hid in the shadows, afraid to show their faces to the world. The time before Hunters became the prey, before they were tracked down and killed. Every last one of them. Except for Reese. Fueled by a dark past, she wrecks havoc across the supernatural world in Toronto, armed only by stakes, a silver dagger, and a lust for revenge. Then she kills the younger brother of Elijah Randon, Toronto's Alpha, the Alpha of the largest pack in North America. And he is not one to forgive easily. Then again, neither is Reese. *** "Unfortunately, Little Hunter, I have my own game to play..." ---- #1 in alpha - March 07, 2022 #1 in desire - March 10, 2022 #1 in generalfiction - December 7, 2022 #1 in hunter - May 31, 2022 #1 in matebond - May 5, 2022 #1 in revenge - March 13, 2022 #1 in resistance - March 03, 2022 #1 in magic - March 19, 2022 #2 in lust - March 11, 2022 #3 in teenfiction - July 6, 2022 #3 in mates - June 10, 2022 #3 in paranormal - March 07, 2022 #3 in love - March 07, 2022 #3 in vampire - March 07, 2022 #6 in romance - March 07, 2022 #10 in werewolf - March 07, 2022

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?
