As a middle child we're supposed to be the role model of our younger siblings but you have to be like elder. You get the less attention because you are most likely in the middle. They say they love you the way they do the first and last but in fact, you feel less valued because you're expected to excel alone and all by yourself. We all know all the sacrifices of the eldest child. How about the middle child who holds the pain pretending to be strong enough to at least smile in every situation because that's our role of being okay even if it kills us inside. How about receiving all the blames without set doing anything and always being the "black sheep" of the family. You're the middle child who did everything in a family while dealing with depression but they still see us someone who is useless and maldita and never done anything for the family and never once praise you, comfort you or hug you.
