Grace is a nerdy girl with lung cancer, she can't do much. Graces lungs give out a lot, when they give out she goes to a place she calls paradise.
On the other hand A boy named Luke meets her on her first day finally out of the hospital.
Luke does not like paradise, because it means he's a step closer to losing Grace.
