Penelope's parents got divorced when she was 7. for the past nine years, she's spent her winters with her mother in Los Angeles and the summers with her dad, in London. and, as she's about to leave for America, she takes one last photo- at her friend (Lola)'s wish, with a statue near her friend's house. It has the strange myth that the statue was alive at a point, and only his soulmate will awake him by holding his hand.
What was supposed to be a selfie she made because of her friend ended with her being horribly late to the airport, a confused teen who looks just as if he barely woke up and her friend, Lola, letting out a few cursed words...

Geoff and Naomi are dead, and they're depressed, but when Geoff's cat Bernie dies as well, they embark on a wild journey to find it in the underworld. ***** When Geoff dies, alongside his girlfriend Naomi, they end up sharing an apartment in the Underworld as skeletons. But after a few years, Geoff starts suffering a mid-death crisis. What's the purpose of going through the motions as a skeleton if you can't really live? Then he gets word that his cat, Bernie, just died and he can collect him and bring him home! Geoff and Naomi hurry to get Bernie only to discover that, due to a clerical error, their cat has been lost.
