Through rain, snow, sleet or hale,
Katniss managed to visit Gale.
While riots arose,
The white snowflakes fluttered upon her nose.
The whistle of a mocking jay escaped the peoples lips,
As their faith grew in the girl who held a bow and arrows.
The capitals rule was only an eclipse,
She fought along then lived as a neighbor beside her two lovers her two Romeos.
She has battle scars,
But love to live for that took her to Mars.
She couldn't give up now,
She had to keep pushing on some how.
Live till her lover dies,
So she never has to say goodbyes.
