From Cassie's point of view everyone hates her and what she does except the small amount of people who she knows are her best friends. Still she questions everything and is worried that she's judge though no reader is told she hints to things as she writes in her mind. Cassie is 14 as of December 12 1999. She has been pulled from house to house and currently in the being of the story is with her pregnant mother 1 year after her mother got out of jail. She has a step dad and 1 half sister Lenox ( L-En-Ox) and her dad who currently lives with her "Aunt's" family. Kelsey the youngest 6 year old , Bethany the f.amily friend who is 50 years old, Carson the husband who works 2 jobs , Hannah the wife whos a stay at home mom and Samantha Cassie's best friend/cousin. Matt the t I tough one in his family , is though so very cute is troubled he is 14 and has 3 sisters an unloving mother with a biyfriend he doesnt like. Hes a hard a** but yet very charming. A point of veiw story with Cassie..

Christina has had her life figured out for as long as she could remember. The plan was always to get into Harvard and become a journalist. So what if she doesn't have much of a social life? He's beginning to think they're all the same, though - pretty and nice to be around for a while, but pretty shallow. Mike and Christina have known each other forever but haven't been close for years. They soon start to question their priorities and why in the world they let their friendship fall apart so long ago. Can their relationship, still so young and fragile, withstand what's ahead?
