It's been a few months since the supposed death of a known hated antagonist, Bill Sikes, and Oliver moved back to central London where he settled down and lived an overall better life than his old one with his best friends Licity Valacipher and Y/N.

However, as they say, peace doesn't last, and it didn't. Due to an unexpected act of trickery, Bill Sikes was indeed alive and well,  and is on the hunt for a sapphire diadem to be able to throw Oliver into a whole other dimension.
