After her mother mysteriously disappears on her thirteenth birthday and Roxy is left to fend for herself, she discovers she is not the last human on the planet, after all. Dirk, her new acquaintance through the online Pesterchum messaging program, tells her of his genius plan to retake the planet and restore mankind, leaving her awe-struck for the longest she has ever been. How will they even get started with an entire Ocean between them?
