This is all of the negative feeling and thoughts I have on a daily basis during a bipolar episode. I've been diagnosed with Bipolar II since the beginning of 2020. I'm 15 and have trouble taking my medicine on a daily basis. So sometimes I can accidentally miss a week of medication or more. Also warning there are topics in this that may trigger others. Such as self harm, suicide, feeling uncared for, and feel like a burden.
Thank you for your time, hope this can help others understand me a little better and understand others with mental health issues or disorders better.
For those who struggle the same as I, hang in there, things will eventually get better.

so, I've been struggling for a long time now, and I never told anyone about it. I've never opened up. but I met someone who understands how I feel, and I'm beginning to feel again. I don't know how to do it, but I finally feel I can fight. I've been so exhausted. I'm not better, I'm not sure if i ever will be, but I'm not numb, not entirely. In Love With Blindfolds On
I gave the best of myself to someone who didn't have anything to lose. I didn't know how to avoid my lover's toxic and abusive flames. My lover's twisted words were like a maze inside of my head that I couldn't escape. Sadly, my lover's actions hypnotized my thoughts and paralyzed my thinking.
