This decision leads her to catch the eye of a man who is relentless about pursuing her, Akeem Ali, the talented and famous basketball player. Akeem Ali was well known for playing for the Garvey's, well that was until he was met with misfortune―an injury that cost his team games after games. Not wanting to deal with his misfortune any longer, Akeem was traded to the 39ers with the help of his friend. And although the 39ers are a great team, Akeem still struggles to consider it home as he believes like all things and people, he is replaceable.
