The End Of The Great Game

The great game is ending. Yet no one will win in the end. None of the four gods of chaos can win the great game not a single one of them can conquer the others. Neither the lord of blood, The Grandfather, The Weaver of Fate, nor she who thirsts. Seemingly doomed to fade away into nothing with humanity gone, and every race gone with them. Until it happened a tear in the warp appeared and through this hole in reality just large enough to look through. What they saw brought them hope to finally end their great game in a meaningful and epic way. Through the hole, they saw humans unique in their own right and saw an opportunity. So four were chosen to become their new living avatars in this new realm. Four chosen and each with their patron and chosen's fates and souls linked together. The vessel dies so does their patron. An exciting game to finally end the great game, so much to gain, so much to lose, and who will win in the end? Anger? Change? Despair? Excuses? Let the great game end and let the war begin. A game millenniums in the making will finally end and the winner shall rule all of creation.
