Clarke found her locker and tried the combination, nothing. Tried again, nothing. Over and over again, nothing. Clarke made sure that she was at the correct locker, she was, right combination, it was. She rested her head on the locker and thought about silently saying a prayer. That's when a new figure appeared in the corner of her eye.
"Having a hard time there?" Clarke turned and saw a boy with shaggy hair and a careless smile. "Because it looks like you could use some help." She smiled up at this mysterious. "Yes, I can't get in my locker and I wanted to figure it out before school started. "Well, glad I came to your rescue, names Finn." He offered his hand. "Clarke." She smilled and took his hand.

10 months. 10 months was enough to numb the pain. Bellamy hated it, hated how the pain lessened because his sister deserved more. She deserved the world, and he couldn't give her it. Bellamy hadn't cried for her yet. He was shoving everything Octavia related into a file in his brain never to be looked at again. He hated himself for it, for trying to forget, but he knew that he would shatter if he tried to sort through it.
