basically, Pyron has always been able to switch between controlling two versions of himself, in what's not quite entirely alternate universes, but yet closer to timelines, but not considered one. the other story from Pyron's POV was just one version of the world, but what about the alternate world he can become part of at will? How different are things there? are they better, or are they worse?
