Unlike the fair-weather Evers, Sylas was a cascading downpour; ruinously malicious. That flair inside of him made the Storian soften which was quite unusual for the velvety artifact as it wasn't known for handing out second chances. Sylas was the eye of the war of words, the center of everyone's attention but not in the sense one would wish for. There was something carved in the back of people's minds.
