Whatever it takes
Eda has not been sleeping well. Since facing petrification at the hands of the Emperor's coven, she has been getting nightmares about failed attempts by her friends to save her from the Emperor. But more than that, she has become increasingly fearful for Luz's life, since she no longer has her powers to protect her. So, when Luz does not show up for school one morning, both she and Luz's love interest, Amity, as well as her other friends, fear the worst.
